We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee management, and HR operations for our expanding media and business network.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Lead HR operations for Telecallers, Marketing, Data Entry & Admin teams
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
- Oversee onboarding, attendance, performance & employee engagement
- Coordinate training programs and team development
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation
🔹 Eligibility & Skills
- Any Degree / MBA (HR preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR / Team Management
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment strategies
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Tamil language proficiency preferred
🔹 Work Type
- Full Time
- Work From Office / Hybrid (role-based)
